Prepare-Enrich Pre-Marital Counselling Program

Prepare-Enrich is one of the most widely used tool as a premarital relationship assessment to assist couples to gain insights in building healthy relationships. The program is designed to help couples in understanding their relationship strengths and growth areas, and to learn how to overcome challenges while transitioning to a new phase of life.

Who is it for?

This program is suitable for:

• Couples preparing for marriage
• Couples preparing for a long-term commitment

What will the process involve?

You will be asked to complete an online relationship assessment separately. After completing the assessment, you will be invited to participate in a debrief session to understand your assessment results and provide you with some strategies to enhance your relationship. This session will take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, and it can be delivered either face-to-face or via Zoom.

Additional sessions are optional and will be discussed at the end of the debrief session based on your relationship goals.
