PREPARE/ENRICH Couple Assessment Tool

Prepare/Enrich is a customised self report that identifies a couple’s strengths and growth areas. This report will help a couple to:

• Understand their relationship strengths and growth areas based on the 12 dimensions assessed in this exercise (eg communication, conflict resolution, sexuality, finances, spiritual belief etc)
• Explore their personality traits and individual characteristics
• Strengthen communication skills
• Goal settings and action planning
• Resolve conflicts and reduce stress

This self-report is suitable for couples that are married, or considering marriage or engagement. The assessment can be completed in languages other than English. As a trained facilitator, I am able to conduct the debrief session in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or a combination of either these languages if required.
